Response from La Redoute , 24/09/2026

Hello, thank you for your review. We are sorry that this pillowcase did not meet your expectations.

Some textile products may release fibres, but this should diminish after washing. If the issue persists after several washes, we invite you to contact our customer service through your customer account so that a suitable solution can be offered.

We wish you a pleasant day and hope to see you again soon at La Redoute!
