        Épaisseur du matelas non respectée

        Je suis déçue car le matelas est sensé faire 14cm d’épaisseur (c’est d’ailleurs pour cette raison que j’ai acheté ce canapé) et en réalité il n’en fait que 12cm. J’ai appelé le SAV et le matelas est sensé s’épaissir en le laissant un moment déplié sans poids, mais malheureusement même après plus de 24h le matelas fait toujours 12cm). Je trouve donc la description du produit mensongère.

        À part cela, le canapé est conforme aux photos et très beau.
