        J'ai commandé ce canapé avec un matelas Bultex, à la première ouverture, ayant déjà eu un matelas Bultex sur mon précédent convertible, j'ai bien vu que le matelas n'avait rien à voir, ni le confort, ni l'estampille. J'ai contacté la redoute, et la seule preuve qu'ils ont que mon matelas est Bultex c'est que la mousse est rose. Tout d'abord, le matelas devait faire 14cm, il en fait 11,5cm avec le coutil, je n'ai aucun certificat de fabrication française. La redoute me répond lentement car début août l'usine était fermée, et voilà l'usine de nouveau fermée jusqu'au 17 septembre.

        Je ne vous parle pas de la livraison qui a été catastrophique car ils ont commencés par me poser un lapin.
