        Buen producto, pésimo embalaje!

        Compré este set de 4 servilleteros de travertino a muy buen precio, tardó un poco en llegar pero no hubo problema. Al abrirlo, 2 de los 4 estaban rotos ya q el embalaje era pésimo, sueltos dentro de una caja con un papel muy fino que ni siquiera los separaba entre ellos. Son de una piedra muy natural y de un grosor medio fino, por lo que al rozarse pueden romperse.

        Como solución solo me daban un reembolso cuando les llegase el producto y volver a comprarlos a ver si había suerte esta vez. Tras muchas quejas, correos cruzados y reclamaciones, he decidido quedarmelos y arreglarlo.
