      Quality Info
       •  Wool is a warm and comfortable natural fibre. In addition to being resistant to wear and durable over time, the wool carpet is also an excellent thermal and sound insulator.
       •  Each piece is handcrafted, according to ancestral know-how. There may therefore be slight variations in colour from one carpet to another.. They contribute to the beauty of each piece and make it unique.

      Care Advice
       •  Some materials such as wool are very fibrous and you can actually observe a piling during the first weeks of use: this is a normal for this type of product and is not a defect. Remove the excess fibres by hand where possible, do not use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush as this can pull and tear the fibres . The pilling will improve over time.
       •  For maintenance, we advise you to vacuum it very little the first month and then to vacuum it without rubbing too much always without using the brush.
       •  Remove any stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth.
       •  Dry clean recommended.

        Très joli tapis!

        Attention les couleurs ne sont pas celles des photos du site . C est parce que je l avais vu dans une boutique AMPM que je l ai acheté. Il est dans les tons de beige et camel. Absolument pas orangé comme sur la photo. Il est très doux et tient bien même avec un canapé et table dessus. Très bon achat !

        Si la qualité semble au rendez vous, la couleur n’a absolument rien à voir avec les photos affichées sur le site, et c’est honteux pour le prix du tapis et le délai de livraison . En fait il est juste beige, il n’y a pas de reflet de reflet orangé. Je suis déçue

        la couleur ne correspond pas à la photo

        Très beau tapis et qui paraît de qualité mais la couleur ne correspond pas à celle de la photo. Le beige "orangé" de la photo est en fait un beige taupe qui ne va pas chez moi. Je l’ai renvoyé.
