        Quality when it counts

        This is the third time I have purchased this beautiful rug. The last was for my daughter’s home as she has always admired mine. I needed something for a busy area that took a lot of foot traffic. And although it is a pale background this has kept its quality and looks since new. Whilst it is thick enough to lay on the floor. I have added a foam underlay that makes it feel really plush. It’s easy to clean, with a quick hoover and if any marks I use some gentle soap detergent with a fabric softener. Everyone, asks where I purchased it from and was it expensive. Each time I have purchased it I have used your discount which makes this a much cheaper rug than buying the same or similar elsewhere. Looks, quality and style without an expensive price tag

        Lovely rug

        I saw this rug and really liked the look of it, although the reviews were quite mixed. Because of that I ordered it with fairly low expectations, especially as it was only going in our back room.

        When it arrived I was genuinely pleasantly surprised. The quality is lovely and it laid flat straight away with no issues at all.

        Delivery was smooth and the rug looks great in the room. I also had a discount code which made it even better value.

        Overall, for what I paid, I think it is excellent value for money and I’m really pleased with it.

        Quality is shocking

        Really thin, not half as fluffy as previous rug like this i had, and not woven properly, with loose threads sticking up. Really disappointed. Waiting for customer services to get back to me.

        Not impressed

        I have ordered this rug twice in the past 6 years, I have loved it each time. I have only had to reorder due to stains. I ordered a new one and I am really disappointed in the poor quality now. It is thin and feels really cheap. The last 2 I had were amazing quality, thick and felt really soft. I have returned this unfortunately!

        Berber rug.

        Happy with the purchase but would definitely agree this rug has changed! Second time I’ve bought and it’s not as good quality as it once was. The colour has also changed and it’s not as thick and shaggy. I’m still happy with it but preferred the original version

        Lovely Rug But Broke Fast

        Unfortunately I had to send this rug back, as lovely as it looks the corners would not stay down, despite following the care instructions. It became hazardous for my 1 year old as she tripped over them. Eventually the weave started to come undone, I threaded as much of it as I could back through but then everything just started to give way and come apart. I have had rugs all my life and never seen this happen before. Not sure whether to replace it as do not want to go through the whole process again.
