        PROBLEME AVEC LA FONCTION LIT

        Je ne suis habituellement pas du genre à laisser des commentaires, mais au vu du prix de ce canapé, je me sens obligé de partager mon expérience.

        Le canapé en lui-même est satisfaisant, toutefois je suis très déçu par la fonction lit. Je ne sais pas s’il s’agit d’un défaut propre à mon modèle, mais une fois le canapé déplié, le lit n’est pas du tout plat : les pieds et la tête sont nettement plus bas que la partie centrale. Le socle du lit est donc irrégulier, ce qui rend l’utilisation très inconfortable pour dormir et nous a causé des problèmes de dos. Nous allons devoir racheter un nouveau canapé-lit à cause de ce problème, car nous l’utilisons tous les jours et il nous est impossible de dormir dessus à plein temps.

        Malheureusement, nous nous sommes rendu compte de ce problème après le délai de 30 jours pour le retour du produit, car nous étions à l’étranger. Vous trouverez une photo ci-dessous du matelat pour illustrer le problème.
