      Combining the Sweety spring mattress, delivered compressed and rolled, with a do-it-yourself box spring kit, this 100% French product is easy to install, even in the most inaccessible rooms such as mezzanines or converted attics.

      At the heart of the comfort of the Sweety mattress is memory foam, which limits pressure points by following the curves of the body. Its 580 pocket springs provide firm, even support for all body shapes and ideal sleeping independence. Reversible, this mattress offers two sleeping surfaces, summer and winter, to adapt to different temperatures.
