        Gostámos da cama, ficou com um ar muito acolhedor, apenas um reparo a fazer: as instruções de montagem são pouco intuitivas, de difícil seguimento. Após vários "acertos", ficou impecável!

        Je déconseille fortement ce lit. Nous l’avons reçu dans un état inacceptable : taché, avec de nombreux défauts, et une qualité clairement médiocre. Dès le montage, la peinture s’écaille au moindre vissage, le cadre est déjà abîmé de partout et le tissu présente également des défauts visibles.

        C’est vraiment dommage, car le lit est très joli visuellement mais la qualité n’est absolument pas au rendez-vous.

        Le pire reste le service client, totalement absent. On nous demande simplement de patienter encore et encore, sans solution concrète. Résultat : nous nous retrouvons avec un lit à moitié monté, des pièces défectueuses, et une chambre inutilisable car tout bloque l’accès.

        Pour un produit à ce prix, c’est inadmissible.

        Je ne recommande absolument pas ce lit.
