       •  Dry clean only
       •  Vacuum regularly at low power using a soft brush suitable for cleaning sofas.

       •  For small stains, use a damp cloth and a little soap.

        première et dernière fois avec La Redoute

        Vous êtes vraiment trop nul à la Redoute ! Non seulement vous ne m'avez pas livré le canapé mais vous me demandez mon avis alors que j'ai, du fait de votre incompétence, annulé ma commande ! Je n'ai jamais vu une boîte aussi nulle dans sa communication client. Bien-sûr ce n'est pas le canapé que je note là mais La Redoute (j'espère que vous saurez faire la part des choses, mais j'en doute). Cette première tentative d'achat chez vous sera, pour moi, la dernière. Bizarre qu'on ne demande pas notre avis sur la transaction avec La Redoute.
