      Quality
       •  Wool is a warm and comfortable fibre. A wool rug is also an excellent thermal and sound insulator.

      Care information
       •  Once unrolled, you must wait a few days for the carpet to return to its initial shape.

        Tres bien

        Le tapis est conforme à la description, la laine est épaisse et semble de qualité.

        Le beige est un peu plus foncé que sur la photo, tirant vers le taupe, mais c'est joli.

        En effet s'en dégage une odeur au départ, mais ça sent le naturel, rien de gênant selon moi.

        De nombreux petits poils s'en échappent depuis l'installation, ça ne fait pas fils tirés mais plutot "surplus", à voir à l'usage.

        Ce tapis dégage une odeur difficilement supportable et ce depuis 3 semaines.

        De plus, il perd énormément de matière cela se reprend dans plusieurs pièces de la maison, c’est très contraignant.

        Il ne semble pas tissé main mais plutôt tufté.

        Il est ecrit 100% laine dans la description mais l’étiquette du tapis signale 98% laine 2% polyester.

        Je pense le renvoyer

        Delusa dalla qualità – tappeto inutilizzabile

        Purtroppo il tappeto ha presentato gravi problemi sin dal primo giorno. Emana un odore molto forte e sgradevole, simile a quello di un animale bagnato, che non è scomparso nonostante settimane di aerazione. Inoltre, perde continuamente peli che si spargono ovunque e rendono la stanza difficile da usare. Dopo aver seguito le istruzioni di pulizia, una semplice macchia di caffè si è espansa e non è andata via. Mi aspettavo molto di più da un prodotto di questa fascia.
