      Quality Info
       •  Wool is a warm and comfortable fibre. A wool rug is also an excellent thermal and sound insulator.
       •  Hand-woven, each piece is unique and may have small irregularities that give it its authenticity. Colours and dimensions may vary slightly.

      Care Instructions
       •  Once unrolled, you must wait a few days for the carpet to return to its initial shape.
       •  To keep the edges flat, roll your mat in the opposite direction. Leave it like this for an hour then put it back flat and place a heavy object on it for 2 days.
       •  New, the carpet may give off an odour which dissipates over time. Ventilate your room regularly to reduce it.
       •  To preserve its appearance, rotate your rug regularly in one direction or the other to minimise localised wear in the same places (due to successive passages), and loss of colour due to regular light exposure.

      Care Advice
       •  Some materials are very fibrous (such as wool) Wool rugs pill naturally during the first few months: this is a normal for this type of product and is not a defect. Remove the excess fibres by hand where possible, do not use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush as this can pull and tear the fibres . The pilling will improve over time.
       •  For maintenance, we advise you to vacuum it very little the first month and then to vacuum it without rubbing too much always without using the brush.
       •  Compatible with robot vacuum cleaners: No
       •  Remove any stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth.
       •  Dry clean recommended.

        Satisfaite de mon achat, le tapis semble de bonne qualité est rend très bien dans le salon. Cela me semble être un bon rapport qualité prix. A voir dans le temps si la laine ne peluche pas trop.

        Tapis bas de game

        Tapis qui dégage une odeur très forte de produits chimiques! même après plusieurs semaines.

        De très mauvaise qualité, il perd ses poils et fait des bourres même après le passage de l'aspirateur on commençait même à voir à travers.

        Il a déjà terminé à la poubelle, très déçue de mon achat je ne recommande pas du tout

        Bonjour, Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire et sommes sincèrement désolés que ce produit n’ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Ce produit est fabriqué en laine dont la particularité est d’avoir de longues fibres. Il est donc normal que pendant les premières semaines d’utilisation, vous pouvez constater un débourrage; notamment aussi par réaction électrostatique suite à frottements etc. C'est pour cela que nous déconseillons l'utilisation d'aspirateur en mode brossage. Ce débourrage s’estompera au fil du temps. Nous avons également contrôlé quelques produits en stock et nous n'avons pas constaté d'odeurs particulières. Le produit ayant été confiné dans son emballage, il est normal de sentir l'odeur des matériaux neufs au déballage. Cette odeur s'estompera avec une bonne aération du produit et n'est pas nocive. Nous nous excusons sincèrement pour la gêne occasionnée. N’hésitez pas à contacter notre service client si vous avez des interrogations sur votre produit ou si vous souhaitez le retourner.         Tapis très joli

        Beau tapis belle qualité. Perd un peu son duvet . Toutefois assez salissant donc pas adapté pour famille avec enfants ou animaux.
