      Available in a range of colours to match your rooms. The ideal decorative ally.

      The eyelets guarantee nice regular waves and ensure the fabric falls beautifully. They slide perfectly on the rod, making it easy to open and close the curtain.

      Care Advice
       •  Machine washable at 40°C
       •  Maximum shrinkage after washing : 3% approx. Fabrics made from natural fibres may shrink in the first wash. Always wash your curtains before making any alterations.
       •  Do not tumble dry
       •  If you don't need to iron them (linen curtains, Voile Panel...), let the curtains air dry by hanging them immediately after washing, making sure to spread them out to their full width.
       •  If you want to iron your curtains, we recommend using a low-temperature steam iron or a steamer.

        Inadmissible : Un seul rideau reçu!!!

        Je suis extrêmement déçu et en colère par la gestion de ma dernière commande. J'ai acheté deux rideaux en velours bronze (hauteur 2,50 m), mais je n'en ai reçu qu'un seul sur les deux. Réfléchissez bien avant de passer commande pour ce rideau non approvisionné !!!

        Bien que le deuxième m'ait été remboursé, la solution proposée est tout simplement honteuse : on m'a demandé de me connecter chaque jour sur le site pour vérifier un éventuel réapprovisionnement. Cela fait maintenant plus d'un mois que je surveille quotidiennement, et le produit n'est toujours pas en stock !

        Résultat :

        • Je me retrouve avec un seul rideau sur ma tringle, ce qui est totalement inutile et inesthétique.

        • C'est au client de faire le travail de suivi pour une erreur qui vient de leur logistique.

        • Aucun effort n'est fait pour me trouver une solution concrète en me fournissant l'article manquant.

        Pourtant, je suis un excellent client : j'ai dépensé plus de 10 000 € sur La Redoute en un an et demi. C'est ainsi que vous traitez vos clients fidèles ? C'est une gestion inadmissible.

        Ma décision est prise : J'ai plusieurs grosses commandes en attente, mais je ne dépenserai plus un seul centime chez vous tant que ce problème ne sera pas réglé. Vous allez perdre un client régulier si rien n'est fait !
