      Protect your interior all year round with the Dolja summer/winter thermal liner. Inspired by survival blankets, this innovative solution turns your curtains into insulating shields against summer heat and winter cold.
      The Dolja lining is a two-in-one solution that combines total blackout with reinforced thermal protection.

      It blocks out 100% of light, even in the middle of the day, and helps maintain a pleasant temperature in all seasons.
      Thanks to its technical design, it saves up to 24% on heating in winter and reduces indoor temperatures by up to -5°C in summer*.

      Its metallic side reflects heat radiation, while its white side ensures complete darkness, whatever the external conditions. Flexible and easy to fit, it can be installed directly on your curtains using velcro tabs.

      WIDTH

      Measure the width of your window: the curtain rod should extend approximately 20 cm (8 inches) beyond each side of the window. Then calculate the required curtain width according to the desired fullness or pleated effect:

      • Curtains: 1.5 to 2 times the length of the curtain rod.
      • Sheers: 2 to 2.5 times the length of the curtain rod.

      HEIGHT

      The curtain rod should be installed at least 5 cm (2 inches) above the window.

      For a clean finish, leave a 1 cm (½ inch) gap between the bottom of the curtain and the floor. For a puddled look, add an extra 5 to 10 cm (2 to 4 inches).

      Finally, keep in mind that some fabrics may shrink after washing. When in doubt, always leave extra fabric in the hem so it can be adjusted later if needed.
