        Attention odeur très désagréable

        Très beau lit mais la tête avec le panneau en tissu sentait très fort ce que nous supposons être un produit chimique. Nous avons essayé de l’aérer, le mettre à l’air libre, au soleil et de le passer à la machine à nettoyer les textiles, l’odeur est légèrement partie mais pas assez pour dormir sereinement. Nous ne pourrons donc pas l’utiliser :( cette odeur est désagréable mais aussi nous inquiète!

        Bonjour, nous vous remercions pour votre avis et sommes désolés que ce lit avec sommier ne vous ait pas donné entière satisfaction.

        Il est possible pour le produit, de sentir une légère odeur à l’ouverture de l’emballage. Cette odeur est normale et correspond à son confinement dans l’emballage depuis l'usine jusqu'à votre domicile. Nous vous conseillons de bien aérer la chambre. Cette odeur n'est pas nocive et devrait s'estomper rapidement. Si jamais le souci persiste, n'hésitez pas à remplir une demande de SAV en ligne afin de vous apporter une solution.
