      An internal design by Simon Dutrieux:
      "When I designed the Talet chair, I wanted to create a chair that would stand the test of time and become one of our signature products!
      Talet has a strong, distinctive identity, designed with simple, clean lines. Visually, Talet consists of just three elements. The main focus is the work on the curved backrest and the rear legs which combine to form a single arch of solid birch, a curved seat for comfort and finally the front legs which repeat the work on the arch."

        Damaged and poor customer service

        Gorgeous chairs, just as shown. However one of mine was damaged. I contacted customer service for a replacement/refund and was told to arrange to send back the chairs myself and then repurchase them at the same price. Firstly I felt this response was unfair - any other retailer would acknowledge the issue and try to rectify it at their expense. Secondly, the chairs come pre-assembled so you need very large packaging to return them which I no longer had. After a couple of exchanges, customer service then stopped replying to me. I've uploaded 1 picture but there were actually 4 separate areas of damage to the chair. Like the other reviewers, I'm not sure I trust the quality of the chairs, and unfortunately the customer service was poor, hence 1 star.
