        Servizio pessimo

        Dopo un ritardo previsto di oltre 20 giorni per la consegna dell'articolo, mi informano che ci sarà un ulteriore ritardo indefinito della consegna. Così decido di rinunciarci e chiedo il rimborso. Mi dicono che il rimborso avverrà solo dopo il rientro dell'articolo in magazzino in Francia, e altri 14 giorni per le pratiche di rimborso che non sara completo, ma defalcato delle spese di spedizione. Esperienza assolutamente negativa con la Redoute, non comprerò mai più nulla da loro per lo scarso servizio e per la scorrettezza nel rimborso ( che non ho ancora naturalmente ricevuto). Mai più!
