        Pas reçu le bon produit

        Bonjour,

        Je suis très déçue par la livraison de ma commande. J’attendais avec impatience de recevoir mon canapé, mais à la place, j’ai reçu un meuble que je n’ai absolument pas commandé.

        J’ai immédiatement rappelé la personne qui avait effectué la livraison afin qu’elle puisse reprendre le colis, mais elle m’a indiqué que je devais directement prendre contact avec vous.

        Je me retrouve donc actuellement avec un énorme carton dans mon salon contenant un meuble qui ne m’appartient pas, et toujours sans le canapé que j’avais commandé.

        Je vous remercie donc de me contacter rapidement afin d’organiser la reprise de ce meuble à mon domicile et de procéder à la livraison de mon canapé dans les meilleurs délais.

        Je suis vraiment très déçue de cette expérience, d’autant plus que je me réjouissais de recevoir ma commande.
