 •  Craftsmanship: Hand woven
 •  Weight: 4800g/m²
 •  Pile height 20mm
 •  Some materials such as wool are very fibrous and you can actually observe a piling during the first weeks of use: this is a normal for this type of product and is not a defect.
 •  Remove the excess fibres by hand where possible, do not use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush as this can pull and tear the fibres . The pilling will improve over time.
 •  For maintenance, we advise you to vacuum it very little the first month and then to vacuum it without rubbing too much always without using the brush.
 •  Remove any stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth.
 •  Dry clean recommended.

    Lovely rug…but

    So I have now had this rug for a few months. It’s beautiful but is a demon to keep clean. Bits get stuck in the grooves and I have to vacuum it using the small attachment! Also it’s starting to bobble in places which is a shame. It’s also a lot more blue than I thought it would be

    Lovely colours

    I don't think the rug looks like the photo, but that is the difficultly with online photos. But I am glad I ordered it to take a look as I love it. The rug is bluer and softer in reality with the cream and rust coloured contrast wool interwoven.
