      Review Summary

Children’s rattan bed appreciated for its elegant design and faithful appearance to the photos, with a beautiful finish and quality often considered solid. The structure seems sturdy, durable and suited to everyday use, with a stable base and spacious size. However, some customers report that it is quite bulky and noisy.

Looks beautiful but is a noisy disaster

I’m going to have to return this. It’s a beautiful thing but but so so creaky! Impossible to sleep on - unless you’re a very still sleeper

Response from La Redoute , 05/05/2025

        Hello,

Thank you for your comment. We are sorry that this product did not meet your expectations.

Following your comment, we carried out a quality control of our products in stock. We did not find any unpleasant creaking noises.

This bed is handcrafted from natural materials, so there is a certain amount of flexibility that can cause parts to rub against each other. This is normal for this type of handcrafted product.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service to return your product if you are not satisfied.

See you soon on La Redoute!
