        Never arrived, terrible customer service

Never arrived, i had to chase Laredoute and wait for ages for their response.

Two weeks later i am told they will file a claim with the courier and they only refunded me the item cost, NOT the delivery cost.

I will never use them again

Response from La Redoute , 21/09/2026

Hi Alexander, I am really sorry to hear about the issues you have had with your most recent order. I understand how frustrating this must have been. I can see that you have been in contact with one of my colleagues regarding this, and that as there had been no tracking updates for over 7 days, we have deemed this parcel as lost in transit. We would never expect you to pay a postage fee on an order you have not received, so I can see a full refund for both the item and postage fees has now been issued. Thanks,

        Lovely rug

This is a lovely jute rug and my second one in my hallway. They look stylish but doing a very good job as I have dogs. Easy to hoover or give it a shake or bash as and when to release dust and debris etc. excellent price, worth every penny.

        Soft fair price

Works well at protecting the hallway carpet from mud. Not dissimilar on reverse so could be flipped if it got worn.
