      Review Summary

Stoneware plates with an original, elegant design and a much-appreciated handcrafted finish. They are seen as sturdy, good quality and very versatile for everyday meals, with easy use in the dishwasher, microwave and oven. Some customers do note, however, that the glaze and colours can sometimes be inconsistent.

      Product Description

Set of 2 Leiria Stoneware Pasta Plates, grey, AM.PM

The 2 Leiria stoneware pasta plates display shapes with slightly irregular organic contours accentuated in a grey gradient.
Creativity, exclusivity and quality are the values of our ceramist, a Portuguese family business passionate from generation to generation since 1886.
The ceramic of our products is worked by the craftsman himself who takes great care in the quality of the raw material. The sandstone that makes up this ceramic comes from land, harvested in the region, 10 kilometres from the place of manufacture..
Nature is the main source of inspiration for colours and some enamels are the result of long research. The reactive enamel creates a particular coloration, resulting in slight shades of tint giving each model a unique appearance.

        Beautiful stoneware bowls

So versatile both attractive but also great for salads, pasta, or even a cheeky pie with some veggies. Earthenware but dishwasher safe, love them!

        Lovely bowls

These are lovely and very unusual in shape. I look forward to usiung very much not just for pasta but also other main course dishes with sauce or rice.

Would also make nice display bowls.

Only thing that annoys me is the pricing by LR particularly of items in the AM:PM range and this set of 2 bowl is the same as the matching set of 4 dinner plates. So lovely but not good value compared to matching items.
