        Poor quality

        I’m really disappointed in the quality of this unit. Some of the pre-drilled holes were misaligned, which has resulted in some chipping and the top of the unit not fitting correctly. The lack of sliders means the drawers do not open and close smoothly, which significantly affects the functionality. Also, there are several composite boards, so the unit it not solid wood as stated in the description. The design and construction issues only became apparent after I had fully assembled it, which means I cannot return it and have therefore gifted it to charity. A real waste of money.

        This unit is small and we will need to get legs for it - for the money paid it is OK value but I don't like how the drawers are not on a runner, feels fragile and clumsy to pull in and out. We have already assembled so can't return as other wise probably would have. It's ok for the price it is. Nice wood

        No fixings provided

        Bought several of the Edgar range to create flexible storage. When we went to stack them per the photos on the website, we found that there is nothing provided to secure them together resulting in a rather unstable pile of shelves. Bit shortsighted seeing that they are heavy. The shelves have a good finish made of solid wood, which would easily get a 4 star rating otherwise.

        Great product

        I bought this as I required additional storage in my dining room. I put it together by myself without any problems by simply following the instructions provided. I made one stupid error by inserting the drawer retaining plugs before putting the drawers in but a pair of pliers easily resolved this.

        I am very pleased with the quality of the product but wish the screws at the top had been countersunk so they were not level with the top. Apart from that I would recommend this item

        Absolutely love these

        Bought two of these for additional storage under the shelves in my living room. They look beautiful and were easy to put together. Couldn’t be happier with them.

        Lovely cupboard

        All in all a lovely cupboard , sturdy and a great finish. But sadly spoilt by the 6 screws holding the top in place . A slight change to the design say using pegs which would be hidden and a strip inside which could have been screwed from the underside of the top initally to and then from the inside into the side or even pegged which could be hidden would have made the appearance perfect. Instructions are a little difficult to follow and I am well versed with flat pack furniture May be pack the individual size of screws individually
